当前，我市相继出现多例新冠肺炎确诊病例和无症状感染者，疫情防控形势严峻复杂。元旦、春节将至，全市也进入到“外防输入、内防扩散”的关键时期。

At present, there are a number of confirmed COVID-19 cases and asymptomatic COVID-19 cases in Zhejiang, presenting a grim and complex situation in epidemic prevention and control. New Year Festival and the Spring Festival is coming, the city has entered the key period of "external prevention of import, internal prevention of proliferation".

市委市政府坚决贯彻落实习近平总书记的重要指示精神，按照省委、省政府的部署要求，把疫情防控作为当前最重要的任务，紧紧依靠全市人民，坚定信心、同舟共济、科学防治、精准施策，全力打好疫情防控遭遇战、阻击战。

The government took epidemic prevention and control as the most important task at present, and closely stand with the people of the city, strengthened citizens confidence, pulled together in times of difficulty, scientific prevention and control, targeted measures, and made every effort to fight the battle of epidemic prevention and control.

为了筑牢疫情防控坚固防线，最大程度降低疫情传播风险，保障每位市民的健康安全，市委市政府特向广大市民朋友发出如下倡议：

 In order to build a solid defense line for epidemic prevention and control, minimize the risk of epidemic transmission and ensure the health and safety of every citizen, the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government hereby issue the following proposals to all citizens:

1.非必要不流动，少聚集。请广大市民密切关注疫情形势，尽量减少外出活动，非必要不到中高风险地区。如必须出行，要合理安排行程，提前了解当地的疫情形势和防控政策。近期，我市发生的病例都与集聚有关，为了大家的健康，广大市民应尽量减少聚集性活动。

 1. Gather less. Citizens in Zhejiang should pay close attention to the epidemic situation, minimize outdoor activities, and do not go to medium-high risk areas if necessary. If you have to travel, you should make proper arrangements and learn about the local epidemic situation and prevention and control policies in advance. Recently, all the cases in our city are related to clustering. For the sake of our health, You should try to reduce clustering activities.

2.遵守疫情防控相关规定。日前，我市发布了部分区域实施公共活动限制性措施的通告，请广大市民遵守相关要求，积极配合。同时，关注自己的健康信息，及时做好报告。如遇健康码变红码或黄码，不必恐慌、不要外出，立即向所在社区报告，或向场所工作人员咨询相关情况，配合做好核酸检测。

 2. Abide by relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control. Recently, Hangzhou issued a notice on the implementation of restrictive measures for public activities in some areas, asking the general public to comply with relevant requirements and actively cooperate. At the same time, pay attention to your own health information, timely report. If the health code changes to red or yellow, do not panic, do not go out, immediately report to the community, or consult the site staff, and cooperate with the nucleic acid test.

3.做好个人防护。请广大市民坚持戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风、一米线、用公筷等良好个人卫生习惯。如出现发热、咳嗽、腹泻、乏力等症状，应第一时间报告所在社区，并及时到就近发热门诊就诊，就医过程中避免乘坐公共交通工具。请广大市民及时关注权威信息，了解掌握科学防疫知识，不信谣、不传谣。

3. Take personal precautions. The general public is requested to adhere to good personal hygiene habits such as wearing masks, washing hands frequently, frequent ventilation, one meter noodles, and using chopsticks. If you have fever, cough, diarrhea, fatigue and other symptoms, you should immediately report to your community and go to the nearest fever clinic. Avoid taking public transportation during the medical treatment. Please pay close attention to the authoritative information in time, understand the scientific knowledge of epidemic prevention, do not believe rumors, do not spread rumors.
